Assist in renovations; including painting, carpentry, and clean up. Complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, fliters, light bulbs, patching vinyl, painting, repairs to pipe lines, toilets, sinks, kitchen and laundry equipment etc. Maintain a safe and clean work area
Take action to solve problems and/or complaints and use established guidelines for
communication during the renovation process. Able to multitask, prioritize and juggle work orders including last minute requests. Work with minimal supervision and work well with others.
